4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create within the App (desires, goals, personal reflections). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by May’s AI is for personal inspiration and motivation only. It is not a substitute for professional advice including medical, psychological, financial, or legal counsel. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or outcomes of AI-generated content.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly presented before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
- Interfere with the App's operation or security
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by May and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, May shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which May operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
